Palmer Bayless, CCIM

Palmer has over 25 years of experience in retail tenant representation, shopping center development, shopping center leasing, surplus property disposition, assemblage, development consulting, and market analysis.  A licensed Real Estate Broker, Palmer founded Emerge Real Estate Services in 2010 and oversees the day-to-day operations, direction of the company, technology, and client relations.  Palmer brings an excellent reputation, high level of credibility, and long-standing, high-value relationships with Atlanta landlords (international, national, regional, and local institutions to private investors/mom-and-pops) and most major industry players in southeast US retail real estate.  He intimately knows the Georgia marketplace’s best locations for tenants, landlords, developers, and investors to produce high revenues.

Palmer is a graduate of University of Georgia and holds a BBA in Real Estate and Urban Development, a member of the CCIM Institute, an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and the Georgia Board of Realtors.  White Hat.  Coffee Master.

Julie Coen

Julie joined the Emerge team in 2015 and brings over 15 years of Commercial Real Estate industry experience having worked with real estate companies both large and small, enjoying the challenges that each offered.

Julie has a proven track record in real estate marketing, research, GIS, and project management.  She produces high-end, research-driven client and site-specific competition maps, aerial images, complex market analysis maps, demographic studies, site selection materials, and marketing packages for a wide variety of Emerge’s clients.

Julie is a graduate of The University of Georgia with a degree in Geography.
